Your Everything Guide to Navigating Scoliosis

Growing up, I always wished there was some sort of website where I could learn more about other people's tips for scoliosis - whether that meant clothes that hide the brace or stretches for my sore back. And this is exactly that! This page is dedicated to the tips and tricks for dealing with our curved spines.
I decided to divide the page into subcategories to make it easier for your viewing pleasure...what can I say? I love organizing (open my planner, and you'd know this in an instant from he color coded highlighting to the sticky note collection I have).

Clothing This page contains all of my clothing tips. From my favorite clothes for a certain season to the basics that all get you through anything, I basically use this page as a way to channel my inner clothing guru.

Body Oh, the soreness! The achiness! The dry skin! Wearing a brace 23 hours of the day can take quite a toll on your body. This page will provide you with my favorite stretches, spine-friendly workouts, and skincare tips to soothe your body.

Mind "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it". When Charles R. Swindoll said this, he took the words right out of my mouth. I strive to live by this quote everyday but being human, I know how hard it can be to be in a state of positivity 100% of the time. This page is dedicated to mindfulness tips and how to cope with the challenges scoliosis poses to your mind.

Other Tips At the beginning of this article, I wrote about how much I love organization, and I sure do, but as with most other people, I like to have one junk drawer for all of my miscellaneous pens and random scraps of paper. This is the miscellaneous page of my blog! Any other tips I have that don't fit into the other categories go right here. How to clean and decorate your brace, fun scoliosis toys and stuffed animals I've found floating through the interwebs, this page contains a ton of random treasures (or at least, that's what I like to call them ;).
Hopefully my tips and tricks help you out! If you guys have any additional ideas, feel free to write them in the comments or submit them to my contact page or email me! Tips aside, just remember, we're bent, not broken! :)

I really like that you included a quote by Charles R. Swindoll. My daughter might have scoliosis and we aren't sure what to do about it. I will remember this quote after we find a doctor to take my daughter to.
