As a not-so-tech-savvy gal myself, I know that navigating sites for the first time can be tricky, so here’s the gist... Home Looking for an intro to the blog? This is (obviously) a great place to start. The home page just has general information about the community and myself. Facts Ah, the numbers. Facts, while they cannot fully encapsulate a scoliosis journey, are great to have as a foundation for learning more about scoliosis. I try to incorporate these stats into infographics or other types of articles to keep the numbers from becoming too boring. Tips & Tricks My holy grail products. My everyday routines. My solutions to the problems that I’ve found. This tab includes all sorts of tips, from clothes to stretches to keeping the brace clean. My Story I love watching vlogs on YouTube and reality TV shows are going to be my downfall. So, if you are, like me, a bit nosy (or as I like to say, "intrigued"), this page is perfect for you. I delve into the depths of my journey from the diagnosis ten years ago up to today, being almost done wearing my brace. *Your Story My personal favorite. This page is exclusively for you. You can share your journey with scoliosis. I love reading about other strong people who also live with scoliosis...it helps to know that we are a community that all understand what each other are going through. Q & A Any questions for me? Personal, about my journey, my favorite book, about scoliosis in general? Here you are. I post any questions I get and my answer to them for anyone who may have the same question. Resources Need a good website for bracing? Or a good blog (besides mine of course ;)? I post my top sites that I’ve discovered through the years.
Contact If you want to share your story or ask question, just fill out this form. My email and this form are always open to anything and everything :) I put an asterisk next to the tab with the most recent article, so it is updated every time a new article is posted! Hope this little key helps you find whatever it is that you need! And as you are scrolling through my latest article, or taking a peek at an infographic, keep in mind, we’re bent, not broken! :)
